NANOVAK R&D A.Ş.

NANOVAK R&D AŞ is located in Hacettepe University Technopark. It develops vacuum and thin film preparation systems by conducting R&D studies. He works on the construction of vacuum boilers and systems, and the production of these systems in the form of thin film preparation benches equipped with thermal evaporation, detachment and electron gun parts.

NANOVAK R&D does not take consultancy from other companies and does not use “know-how”.

History

Our Team

NANOVAK R&D was established by Dr. Zafer Durusoy and Dr.  Recep Görür in 2006 at Hacettepe Technology Development Zone. It carries out its activities with a competent technical team consisting of Physics Engineers, Electrical-Electronics Engineers and Technicians.
